Note: The discounted rate conference room block at the Hilton Eugene is full, although rooms could open up anytime as plans change with attendees. We recommend you call the Hilton to see if any rooms are available over the dates you need. If rooms aren’t available in the room block, you can still book a room at the Hilton at the regular room rate so you are at the conference hotel or you can book a room at our overflow property, the Holiday Inn Express.

Traveling to Eugene by plane:
Eugene has the second largest airport in Oregon with service from Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Oakland, and Seattle on the following carriers: Horizon Air, United Express, Delta Connection and Allegiant Air. The following rental car companies are located at the airport: Alamo, National, Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Hertz. Airport code is EUG. Traveling to Eugene by Amtrak:
Euro-style Amtrak Cascades passenger trains, unique to the Pacific Northwest Rail Corridor, operate daily between Eugene, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver B.C. The Coast Starlight offers additional service connecting Eugene to West Coast cities on a route from Los Angeles to Seattle. Both trains accommodate wheelchairs and bicycles. There are two stops in Eugene. The closest stop to the Hilton Eugene & Conference Center is the EUG stop (not the EOU stop which is for the Amtrak bus only). There is free shuttle service from the airport to the Hilton Eugene, for service call the hotel (541-342-2000) and they will pick you up. If staying at the Holiday Inn Express, let the hotel know your arrival time and they can make taxi arrangements for you as they have special rates for hotel guests.

If you plan to take the train to the conference, just follow these steps and you’ll have your train ticket courtesy of Amtrak! Here's how to book your train excursion to the conference:
1. Click here to choose the regular coach class fare that best fits with your schedule.
2. Call 1.800.USA.RAIL to book your reservation. (Unfortunately the special rate is not good for Internet bookings)
3. Tell the reservation agent that this is a ‘promotional reservation’ and have them give you the reservation information.

5. Once Rose Blackson has confirmed your train reservation, she will contact you with more details.

Traveling to Eugene by car:
Eugene is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, just 110 miles south of Portland, and is accessible via I-5. To get to the Hilton Eugene: From I-5 take exit 194B towards Eugene. Take the Coburg Road exit (first exit). Turn onto Coburg Road and go over the River to the Downtown/Hult Center exit. Take that exit and the Hilton Eugene is 3 blocks on your left.
To get to the Holiday Inn Express: From I-5 South take exit 191 to Glenwood Dr. Turn right at Glenwood Dr., turn right at Glenwood Blvd, then turn right into the 1-5 N entry ramp to Eugene/Portland.
